Villa Berlin is a modern and spacious villa in a quiet hillside location in Calonge-Cabanyes with magnificent panoramic views of the mountains and the sea. There are two large, separate suites of 48 sqm each for rent, each with its own bathroom and small kitchen.

The house is surrounded by beautiful gardens with BBQ and a variety of different seating and dining areas. Everyone will find their favourite spot to relax, whether in the sun or shade. The sun terrace of the private salt water pool also offers beautiful views of lots of greenery and the bay of Palamos.
The nearest supermarket is only a few minutes away by car, and the nearest beach is 6 kilometres away.
The saltwater pool offers refreshment on hot days. The water is wonderfully soft and very gentle to the skin. On the pool terrace there is not only sun loungers but also enough space for a table and chairs. So you can enjoy the evening by the illuminated pool with a glass of wine and the view of the lights of Palamos and Sant Antoni, for example.
The barbecue area – framed by palm and eucalyptus trees – is a nice place to sit. For the outdoor area, there are several tables and enough chairs to spread out on the terraces.
